Stimulating /ˈstɪmjʊleɪtɪŋ/ (adjective) stimulate, stimulated.
1. Encouraging or arousing interest or enthusiasm.

2. Encouraging development of or increased activity in (a state or process).

“The computer based training module ~ a feverish passion for learning about the safe storage and transport of printer toner cartridges”

3. (Exclusively on LinkedIn) Indicative of the willing surrender of one’s dignity and self-respect in a forlorn effort to advance one’s career.
