Dividend - Equity Derivatives Provision
Template:Eqderivanat There may be a whole section of the 2002 ISDA Equity Derivatives Definitions on the topic[1], but never do the grand masters of ISDA — the lords of derivative rock themselves — actually define “Dividend”. Which is great when a company is ordered to pay something that looks like a dividend but, you know, might not be.
