Demurrage
Shipping talk. A form of liquidated damages payable by a ship charterer to the owner of a chartered ship on failure to load or discharge the ship within the time agreed. If you are late paying it, you can't claim damages, because you can't claim damages on damages: So sayeth Lord Brandon in the famous flaming Lips.
