He wrote the marvellous The Structure of Scientific Revolutions, a book which blowhards like Richard Dawkins don’t understand, notwithstanding its consistency with their beloved evolutionary theories. Imre Lakatos, Paul Feyerabend and Richard Rorty are fellow travellers in this post-modern excellence.
