A bank sophisticated enough to escape the dreary business of domestic lending, but not cool enough to do derivatives and other dope stuff like that. However glamorous it believes itself to be, a commercial bank is really just an outsized retail bank with ideas above its station, and nothing like as cool or hip as an investment bank.
