11(j) Interpretation. references in this Deed to laws or regulations (i) will be as amended or replaced from time to time; and (ii) include subordinate legislation. To determine (i) if a Transaction is a Covered Transaction (IM) and (ii) what margin applies to it, the laws and regulations to be applied will be those in effect when the Transaction was executed.
