11(j) Interpretation. All references to laws or regulations in this Deed will be to those laws and regulations as they are in force from time to time include subordinate legislation. To work out whether if a Transaction is a Covered Transaction (IM) and what margin applies to it, the laws and regulations applied will be those in effect when it was executed.
