Community
/kəˈmjuːnɪti/ (n.)
An arbitrary and vague grouping of individuals sharing nothing in common, least of all affection, beyond an even deeper resentment of something else. Usually not that much deeper.

A community is an abstract rhetorical ideal, used to make unfalsifiable appeals to authority for a proposition likely unrecognisable to any, let alone all, of those on whose behalf it is made.
