4.3 Deliveries to be simultaneous unless otherwise agreed
Where a Party is entitled to withhold Payment or Delivery under paragraph 8.6 (Delivery obligations to be reciprocal) it may, in light of practical difficulties of arranging simultaneous delivery of securities and cash, waive its right to require simultaneous delivery or payment, provided that no waiver under one Loan will apply to any other.
