each Participant that is in receipt of Transmission Services acknowledges and agrees that such Participant shall be deemed to have given the EQ Operator specific instructions to transmit Asset Orders only to the relevant Asset Provider. By following these specific instructions, the EQ Operator shall be deemed to have taken all sufficient steps to obtain the best possible result for the relevant Participant and shall be considered to have discharged any best execution obligations, to the extent applicable.
