A seemingly harmless definition but magnificently misused in the Failure to Transfer provisions of Section 8.1.

Summary

It means the total amount payable for the whole Contract Quantity, but is misused in Clause 8.1 to refer to the price of just the undelivered Allowances following a Failure to Transfer. Whoops.
