A transparently bad idea, first formulated in 1987 by Michael Douglas[1] and now mercifully forgotten, having been devastated by Simon Sinek’s excoriating, timeless classic, The Infinite Game. It is now universally understood that the employed executives of a corporation are there to take the powerless shareholders’ capital, and use it to virtue signal on Twitter.
