16 Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement and understanding of the Parties with respect to its subject matter and supersedes and extinguishes any representations previously given or made other than those included in Agreement, provided that nothing in this clause 16 shall limit or exclude any liability for fraud in relation to those representations.
