3. [[Loans of Securities - GMSLA Provision|Loans of Securities]] Lender will lend and Borrower will borrow Securities as set out in this Agreement. The parties must agree the economic terms of each Loan in advance and will confirm it afterwards. Any such later confirmation will not override the terms of original agreement unless the parties agree otherwise.
