17 Severability
If any provision or part of a provision of Agreement is found by a court or authority of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, that provision or part of a provision shall be deemed to be deleted from Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue infull force and effect. The Parties shall in this event seek to agree upon a valid and enforceable provision or part of a provision to replace the provision or part of a provision found to be void and unenforceable.
