Timings

The flush paragraph at the end provides (unless otherwise modified in the 1995 CSA) that a demand for a Transfer of Eligible Credit Support made at or before 1pm London time (the Notification Time) on any day must be settled by close on the Settlement Date, being (i) if cash, the following Local business Day, or (ii) if securities, the Local Business Day after the day on which a trade in those securities made on the demand date would customarily settle.
