Template:92isdaprov Template:92isdaprov. If "Template:92isdaprov" applies it will be an Template:92isdaprov if:

(1) a party commits an event of default* in a total amount greater than the Template:92isdaprov under any Template:92isdaprov; or

(2) it defaults (and any grace period expires) on any payment of Template:92isdaprov in a total amount greater than the Template:92isdaprov;
