A great idea, if the idea of hedging the disappointment of ice cream on a cold day in the swaps market makes sense to you — it certainly made sense to those geniuses at Enron, but sadly a couple of weeks after they had the idea the company collapsed.

Meantime, notwithstanding its plainly illiterate spelling, that perennial favourite among sweet-toothed heavy metal fans, Häagen-Dazs, goes from strength to strength.
