Template:Good Confidentiality obligation

Receiver must, and will ensure each Necessary Recipient does: (a) not disclose Confidential Information to any person except as is permitted under this agreement; (b) use the Confidential Information only for the Purpose. (c) maintain necessary information barriers so that Confidential Information is not accessed by any person who is not a Necessary Recipient. (d) subject to laws, regulations and practical limitations to return, destroy or put beyond practical use all Confidential Information when requested to do so.
