Applicable Law is broadly defined as applicable governmental laws and regulations (for example, Dodd Frank and EMIR), and the rules, regulations, interpretations, protocols, customs and usages of any applicable self regulatory organization, Swap Execution Facility, or Clearing Organization, as amended from time to time.
