A four-yearly international tournament whereby different members of the carbohydrate family - fruit, pulses, rice, pasta and so on — compete in endurance events. Challenging for celluloid, because it isn’t very edible, and also for those who can't make up their mind what sort of carbohydrate they are. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Taxonomy problems: even simple organic compounds have them. Who knew?
