Deemed Receipt - GTMA Provision

Template:Anattitle-GTMA Go Premium (view template) 18.2 Deemed Receipt A written notice shall be deemed to have been received: 18.2.1 if delivered by hand, on the Banking Day of delivery or on the 1st Banking Day after the date of delivery if delivered on a day other than a Banking Day; 18.2.2 if sent by first class post, on the 2nd Banking Day after the day of posting or, if sent from one country to another, on the 5th Banking Day after the day of posting; 18.2.3 if sent by facsimile transmission and a valid transmission report confirming good receipt is generated, on the day of transmission if transmitted before 1800 hours on a Banking Day or otherwise on the 1st Banking Day after transmission; 18.2.4 if sent by e-mail, on the day of receipt if received before 1800 hours on a Banking Day, or otherwise on the 1st Banking Day after receipt.
