Executing dealer

Admittedly the concept makes sense - like an executing broker, only acting as a dealer in a principal capacity, and not as a broker in an agency capacity - but saying “executing dealer” is a bit like calling the ISDA Master Agreement an “eye-ess-dee-aye”, namely something you should not do if you want to retain your credibility and dignity.
