Innocent Party and Implicated Party - ISDA Provision

This isn't a sanctioned ISDA definition, but it should be. It is my shorthand code for "a Non-defaulting Party or a Non-affected Party, as the case may be".

It seems so simple when you put it like that, doesn't it.
