“Segregated Account” means, with respect to a Chargor, each Segregated Accountwith the Custodian (IM) in the name of the Chargor subject to the terms of the Control Agreement as specified in Paragraph 13 (or any successor accounts (including following any redesignation or renumbering) to those specified in Paragraph 13 which are subject to the terms of the Control Agreement). view template
