::(a) {{efetaprov|Buyer}} shall Schedule, sell and {{efetaprov|Transfer}} to {{efetaprov|Seller}}, or, if applicable in accordance with the relevant provision of § {{efetaprov|4.1(a)}}(i) and 4.1(a)(ii), cause to be {{efetaprov|Transfer}}red, and {{efetaprov|Buyer}} shall Schedule, purchase and accept {{efetaprov|Transfer}} of, or, if applicable in accordance with the relevant provision of § {{efetaprov|4.1(a)}}(i) and 4.1(a)(ii), cause such {{efetaprov|Transfer}} to be accepted, the {{efetaprov|Contract Quantity}} at the {{efetaprov|Delivery Point}}, and the {{efetaprov|Seller}} shall pay to the {{efetaprov|Buyer}} the relevant Contract Price. Unless the Parties otherwise agree, the {{efetaprov|Buyer}} shall {{efetaprov|Transfer}} the {{efetaprov|Contract Quantity}} at the {{efetaprov|Delivery Point}} during a {{efetaprov|Contract Quantity}} between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. CET and any {{efetaprov|Transfer}} taking place at a time after 4:00 p.m. CET on a {{efetaprov|Contract Quantity}} shall be deemed to have taken place at 10:00 a.m. CET on the next {{efetaprov|Contract Quantity}}.  

:::(i) For any {{efetaprov|Allowance Transaction}} in which no {{efetaprov|Transfer Point}} has been specified by the {{efetaprov|Buyer}}, the {{efetaprov|Buyer}} shall {{efetaprov|Transfer}}, or cause the {{efetaprov|Transfer}} of, the {{efetaprov|Contract Quantity}} to the {{efetaprov|Delivery Point}} from any {{efetaprov|Holding Account}} in any Registry.
