| That said, we would favour some accommodation being made in the [[OneNDA]] form for a unilateral confidentiality agreement, where only one side gives and only one side receives: that will be the general run of these arrangements (at least insofar as [[onboarding]] and [[KYC]] is concerned). It would be a super thing to be able to drawdown your OneNDA form, mark it “one-way”, sign it, send it, and be in business without even having to wait for a reply.
