OneNDA solves for good some of the common canards of NDA negotiation by getting them right first time.
The “Use only for the Purpose” is clearly stated in Clause {{onendaprov|3(a)}}.
The range of {{onendaprov|Permitted Receivers}} is set out Clause {{onendaprov|2(a)}}.
There is a requirement to notify if the information gets leaked — this is a bit of a loo paper commitment, but it doesn’t do any harm and it is briefly stated.
The “destroy or erase” requirement is also well-balanced, is literate of the way modern computers work, and does not place onerous requirements on the {{onendaprov|Receiving Party}}.
It does not bother with “not making unnecessary copies” as that is covered by “use for purpose” — if you don’t need to make the copies for the purpose, it is not for the purpose, right? —
