Section 1.24. Equity Notional Amount. "Equity Notional Amount” means, in respect of an
Equity Swap Transaction, the amount specified as such (or, if no such amount is specified, the amount
specified as a "Notional Amount") in the related Confirmation, adjusted, if applicable, as provided in
Sections 5.10 and 10.4 and Article 11.
