Section 1.32. Currency Business Day. "Currency Business Day" means any day on which
commercial banks are open for business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency
deposits) in the principal financial center for the relevant currency. In respect of any Transaction in
which the Settlement Currency is the euro, any day on which the Trans-European Automated Real-time
Gross settlement Express Transfer (TARGET) system is open shall be a Currency Business Day.
