10.1(b) Ex Amount. "Ex Amount" means, in relation to a Dividend Amount, 100% of the gross
cash dividend per Share declared by the Issuer to holders of record of a Share where the date that the
Shares have commenced trading ex-dividend on the Exchange occurs during the relevant Dividend
Period.
