Section 8.7. Equity Amount. "Equity Amount” means, in respect of each Cash Settlement
Payment Date and an Equity Amount Payer, an amount, determined by the Calculation Agent as of the
Valuation Time on the Valuation Date to which the Cash Settlement Payment Date relates, equal to the
product of the Equity Notional Amount and the Rate of Return.
