Without prejudice to its other rights, an {{isdaprov|Innocent Party}} may set-off any part of an {{isdaprov|Early Termination Amount}} (in respect of all outstanding {{isdaprov|Transactions}}) against any “Other Amounts” payable under any agreement between the parties. <br>
