Template:Ucitsprov. The appointment of the Template:Ucitsprov shall be evidenced by a written contract.
That contract shall, inter alia, regulate the flow of information deemed to be necessary to allow the Template:Ucitsprov to perform its functions for the UCITS for which it has been appointed as Template:Ucitsprov, as laid down in this Directive and in other relevant laws, regulations and administrative provisions.
