* problem issues arising with difficult clients,
* the status of on going negotiations,
* completed negotiations,
Respond efficiently and promptly to client enquiries and CRC requests.
Promptly escalating client concerns to CRC, PB Sales, Risk and Transition to minimise client relationship risk at an early stage in the negotiation process.
Keep senior management informed of negotiation status involving sensitive high profile clients.
Support and assist PB Sales on legal related issues.
