I think I am one of the better communicators in the legal department, at any rate in written form, where I think I have an ability to break complicated issues down to the main parts and set out issues, recommended actions and justifications clearly. In terms of oral presentations I have presented this year at Quarterly Legal Management Committee meetings when the opportunities have arisen, I am now attending the Equities SIF meeting and contributing there, and I have regular meetings with senior business representatives in all the areas I cover, as well as meeting with senior compliance, operations, tax, credit and risk personnel. I am not aware of concerns as to my ability to communicate.
