-(c)	Registration of title: Registrable Custody Securities will normally be registered in the name of a nominee affiliated with us or a sub-custodian. We accept the same level of responsibility for any nominee companies we control as for our own acts or omissions. However, if Custody Securities are subject to the law or market practice of a jurisdiction outside the UK, and we have determined that it is in your best interests to do so, or it is not feasible to do otherwise:
-(i)	We may register title to your Custody Securities in our own name (or in the name of any other third party).
-(ii)	We will notify you on request of any such jurisdictions, and the identity of the registered holder in those cases.
