A typo which spawned something wonderful. Something of ineffable beauty: too delicate, too crystalline to survive for more than a fleeting moment on this planet of the nasty, brutish and short.

We believe in one word,
is better than two, three, four, five
and/or, as the case may be, more;
that senteces are the soul source
of all things, express or implied,
on earth as they are in heaven,
And in Occam's razor,
James's foam,
Voltaire's cologne (not perfect, sure, but good enough)
and Feyerabend's something for the weekend, sir?
we believe in pragmatic solutions, style, elegance, clarity
that words are made, not begotten,
That there is no precedent that cannot be improved
(by removing double negatives, for example)
Through these practicalities all things were made.
For us and for our salvation
He will come again with glory
to judge the living and the dead.
           His kingdom will never end.

And we believe in the Holy Spirit,

the Lord, the giver of life.
He proceeds from the Father and the Son,
and with the Father and the Son is worshiped and glorified.
      He spoke through the prophets.
We believe in one holy catholic and apostolic church.
We affirm one baptism for the forgiveness of sins.
We look forward to the resurrection of the dead,
and to life in the world to come. Amen.
