Celery peddler /ˈsɛləri ˈpɛdlə/ (n. derog.)
One who produces, designs, sells or otherwise propagates celery. Especially limp celery. Or flannel. A rentsmith; a legal wordwright; one trained in the infinite particularity of form at the expense of substance.
