Also, progenitor of the Swiss bankruptcy language and the Swiss stay language, but I doubt that being tacked on to the end of Section 5(a)(vii) of the ISDA Master Agreement is what they aspire to being remembered for so, you know, I wouldn’t use that as your icebreaker at a Zurich cocktail party unless you are really short of ideas.
