Commentary

this is bank details for transfers (equivalent to the provision in a swap Confirmation. Note that notices are dealt with under Paragraph 9(c) (Demands and Notices) of the 1995 CSA and this provides:

9(c) Demands and Notices. All demands and notices given by a party under this Annex will be given as specified in Section 12 of this Agreement.

Therefore only adjust notices provision 9(c) if you wish to modify notice provisions away from the sandard notifications under the ISDA Master Agreement.
