Amazing Grace
How sweet the sound
that saved a wretch like me
I once suffered such losses, costs, damages, claims, expenses, liabilities, proceedings or other demands which I may have incurred or suffered arising out of or in connection with my own mortal failings, frailty and/or weaknesses (as the case may be) —
But for the time being without limitation and on an as-is, where-is basis without representations or warranties as to any particular fitness or purpose, am found;
Was blind, but notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the foregoing as at the date hereof I have visibility of the matter in question.
