5(c) - ISDA Provision

May refer to:

• Section 5(c) (1992 ISDA), Event of Default and Illegality under the 1992 ISDA; or
• Section 5(c) (2002 ISDA), Hierarchy of Events under the 2002 ISDA.

The two provisions deal with more or less the same subject matter, but it is a bit more sophisticated under the 2002 ISDA.
