Potential Event of Default - ISDA Provision

Believe it or not, this is something that might turn into, but isn't yet, an Event of Default.

1992 ISDA Master

“Potential Event of Default” means any event which, with the giving of notice or the lapse of time or both,
would constitute an Event of Default.

2002 ISDA Master

“Potential Event of Default” means any event which, with the giving of notice or the lapse of time or both, would
constitute an Event of Default.
