Commentary

This is bank details for transfers (equivalent to the provision in a swap confirmation. Notices are dealt with under Paragraph 9(c) (Demands and Notices) of the 1995 CSA. Therefore don’t adjust the notices provision 9(c) unless you want to modify the notice provisions away from the sandard notifications under the ISDA Master Agreement. Why would you do that? No immediately clear.
