| (a) The [[Receiver]] may share the [[Confidential Information]] with its '''[[Permitted Receiver|Permitted Receivers]]''', which means its [[Affiliates]] and its officers, employees, members, representatives, professional advisors, agents and subcontractors of the [[Receiver]] or its [[Affiliate|Affiliates]], but only if they: <br>
