Middle-management jargon which means to “browse the internet”. What most people do during most all-hands conference calls and the brazen do during meetings.

hence the catch all when you are caught when a colleague goes crazy Ivan on you at the bottom of the hour: ’Sorry I was multi-tasking on mute.
