The day you deliver the EUAs at the end of a Allowance Forward Transaction, or a Call, or a Put, for that matter. The end.
Generally it will also be the Payment Date, presuming that the Allowance Forward Transaction is settling delivery versus payment.
Why this is subject to adjustment in accordance with Section (d)(i)(5) (Suspension Event) and not also (d)(i)(4) (Settlement Disruption Event) we cannot say, but we hypothesise that thisd might be a lack of attention to detail. (I know, I know: contrarians in glasshouses shouldn’t throw stones, and all that.)
