Note that the 3(d) representation, in the ISDA documents for delivery table in the Schedule, therefore covers only the accuracy, completeness of the information and not (for example) whether it is delivered at all or not. It would be a stretch to argue a failure to deliver a NAV statement altogether would be a failure to provide a “complete” NAV statement. But hey, worth a shot, if you’re our of other ammo.
