9(a) Entire Agreement. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties on its subject matter. Each party acknowledges it has not relied on any representation or warranty (other than the Representations made in the Agreement) to enter into it. and waives all rights it might otherwise have in that regard. That said nothing in this Agreement will limit any liability for fraud.
